During his career, he has been instrumental in creating corporate vision, managing execution, and increasing shareholder value in businesses he has managed. Mr. Naspo has distinguished himself by increasing sales revenue — domestically and internationally — at every turn. He has designed and implemented successful sales and marketing plans for companies in North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. He also personally developed large global accounts, strategic partnerships, and corporate alliances that increased revenue and profits by millions of dollars. Mr. Naspo holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Toledo, where he also played Division 1 football during the team's record 35-game win streak and was more recently named an Entrepreneur in Residence. He later earned an M.S. degree in Business from the University of Southern California. Prior to his business career, Mr. Naspo served four years as a Captain in the U.S. Army.
