Mr. Jenks is a former naval officer, and holds a master of business administration degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a master of science degree in nuclear engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering and marine engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
