As a Director in the Asset Management's Treasurers Office, you will play a key role in the oversight of the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Compliance programs for Fidelity's alternative and retail funds. The Team
The Asset Management Treasurers Office provides fiduciary oversight of Fidelity's funds, shareholder activity, and service providers. We use industry knowledge, technical experience, and our responsibility as fiduciaries to set and monitor adherence to fund policies, and we support the Funds' Boards of Trustees in fulfilling their responsibilities to the Fidelity Mutual Funds. In addition to overseeing Fidelity's existing products, we also actively support Asset Management's efforts to expand investment capabilities by ensuring appropriate oversight is in place for new products prior to implementation.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000-222,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

What we need to see
MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field.
Significant work experience in Distributed Systems and/or Networking (notably p2p).
Major interest and expertise in Distributed Systems design, development, optimization and operation, especially in byzantine context.
Solid awareness of the key challenges rising from distributed data storage (e.g. availability, consistency, scalability).
Strong hands-on experience in securing p2p distributed systems (e.g. against typical attacks such as Sybil attacks, Eclipse attacks, etc.).
Deep understanding of key metrics in distributed networks (e.g. latency, throughput).
Strong general networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, load balancing, QoS).
Strong programming background in one or more of the following languages: Rust, C++11, Go.

Manage SOP development and review in support of "next-gen" product offerings.
Create and ensure maintenance of technical documentation (such as clinical evaluation reports, risk management reports, 510(k) notification) as required for obtaining and/or maintaining regulatory approval/clearance for DeepHealth products
Evaluate proposed design, labeling, and distribution changes for regulatory impact and implement any required regulatory action.
Ensure compliance with product post marketing requirements.

Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (or equivalent experience)

Knowledge and understanding of Medical Devices Regulations (MDR 2017/745. MDCG 2019-11, MDCG 2020-1), ISO 13485, and MDSAP, ISO 14971, ISO 62366, IEC 82304-1, IEC 62304, preferred.
