Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans, develops, and implements customer service functions, physical distribution warehousing, production, supply chain management, and traffic strategies
Establishes and executes policies, programs, and procedures to support Government delivery requirements
Manages the ongoing distribution functions and appropriate interfaces
Creates physical distribution network capable of achieving proper inventory levels to support inventory and production objectives
Identifies hardware and software requirements to support distribution in a multi-distribution environment
Manages all distribution functions and interfaces including stocking, shipping, and receiving
Assures that materials, parts, and assemblies are stored in an efficient manner and that shipments are prepared in accordance with Government specifications
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
Loads and receives shipments; marks correct delivery information on boxes (where, who, and ticket number for tracking)
Lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds
Qualifications

The Warehouse Manager is responsible and accountable for the efficient daily operations of the Warehouse. The Warehouse Manager will also manage warehouse and dispensing operation including establishing operational procedures. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Organize and direct activities encompassing warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.
Coordinate these activities to ensure efficient use of warehouse space, resources, and to improve the flow of materials throughout the facility.
Provide daily direction of warehouse personnel to meet customer requirements and ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations of the warehouse.

Develop a daily plan for preventive maintenance and allocation equipment to jobs. Ensure that equipment is used in the most efficient manner.
Work with other departmental management.
Ensure that all records and reports regarding warehouse activity are prepared and maintained.
Evaluate housekeeping and security levels daily. Review warehouse operations daily to ensure the warehouse is neat, and secure; and that damage to product, equipment and the facility is prevented.
Ensure that all safety procedures are followed. Operators in compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA and MSDS standards and company SOP's.
Compliance with OSHA Standards (29 CFR 1910).
Manage and coordinate all DEA related actives including security controls.
Issue, maintain and track all DEA 222 forms.
Follow all environmental, health and safety, regulatory requirements, equipment, and procedures, including any department specific requirements. Assist Supply Chain Manager in planning space use to meet prescribed standards.
Ensure stock rotation. Help conduct cycle counts and physical inventories.
Provide a level of delivery service that meets customer expectations.
Must have a firm conceptual and practical understanding of supply chain operations, with emphasis on ERP Systems, Material Management, Bill of Materials, Inventory Controls and Product Flow.

Serco is supporting USACE to renovate the Power Building (J-Plant) and providing it with High Altitude Electro Magnetic Pulse (HEMP) protective measures.The Logistician's primary role is to provide on-site receiving and accountability of construction materials and equipment. Tasks included inventory control, tool management, and hazardous material control and management. Additional duties include assisting Travel personnel with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, meal card management, and return flight arrangements.
**This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance**
**ROTATIONAL SCHEDULE:** **_This is a year-round position; current rotation is 3 months on and 1 month away from the site_**
**In this role, you will:**
+ Provide on-site shipping and receiving materials and construction equipment.
+ Provide on-site inventory control and management of all SERCO assets.
+ Provide on-site tools management.
+ Provide on-site hazardous material inventory, control and overall management.
+ Provide on-site flammable storage inventory and control of all flammable materials and liquids.
+ Assist the SERCO travel office with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, to include meal card distribution, room preparation prior to arrival, and return flight coordination.
+ Maintain inventory status in Serco's warehouse management software suite.
+ Initiate purchase requests for site supplies and misc. materials.
+ Proactively resolve material and logistical problems or issues with the Serco management team and other subcontractors.
+ Work with Serco's vehicle supplier to coordinate vehicle use and transport of personnel to and from the site.
+ Coordinate shipping plans and documentation with other Serco warehouse sites as necessary.
+ Track and report large purchase order status as necessary with support from Serco's purchasing group.
+ Be present at the work site, attend and report weekly plan updates as it pertains to logistic, hazardous material or flammable container issues.
+ The logistician typically reports to the Site Superintendent or Project Manager.
**To be successful in this role, you will have:**
+ **Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance**

+ Ability to travel over 90% of the time
+ Valid U.S Passport required (more than 6 months from expiration date)

Serco is supporting USACE to renovate the Power Building (J-Plant) and providing it with High Altitude Electro Magnetic Pulse (HEMP) protective measures.The Logistician's primary role is to provide on-site receiving and accountability of construction materials and equipment. Tasks included inventory control, tool management, and hazardous material control and management. Additional duties include assisting Travel personnel with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, meal card management, and return flight arrangements.

**ROTATIONAL SCHEDULE:** **_This is a year-round position; current rotation is 3 months on and 1 month away from the site_**
**In this role, you will:**
+ Provide on-site shipping and receiving materials and construction equipment.
+ Provide on-site inventory control and management of all SERCO assets.
+ Provide on-site tools management.
+ Provide on-site hazardous material inventory, control and overall management.
+ Provide on-site flammable storage inventory and control of all flammable materials and liquids.
+ Assist the SERCO travel office with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, to include meal card distribution, room preparation prior to arrival, and return flight coordination.
+ Maintain inventory status in Serco's warehouse management software suite.
+ Initiate purchase requests for site supplies and misc. materials.

+ Coordinate shipping plans and documentation with other Serco warehouse sites as necessary.

+ The logistician typically reports to the Site Superintendent or Project Manager.
**To be successful in this role, you will have:**

Materials Handler Supervisor Part-Time, Seasonal Now - Mid June The Materials Handler Supervisor oversees and coordinates all activities related to the movement, storage, accuracy, and distribution of materials within warehouse, stockroom, and fulfillment environments. This role ensures that materials handling operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational standards and service-level expectations. The supervisor provides direct leadership to materials handling operations staff, setting clear performance expectations and maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity. Responsibilities include monitoring daily workflows, assigning tasks, training team members, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring proper use of material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other lifting devices.
This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and adherence to standardized processes. The Materials Handler Supervisor collaborates closely with management and fulfillment teams to support operational goals, resolve logistical issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Duties:
Supervisory
Supervise materials handling operations
Managing, training, and mentoring material handling employees to ensure tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
Assist the Assistant Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Manager with performance review as necessary.
Be able to fulfill duties in the absence of the Assistant Warehouse Manager or the Warehouse Manager.
Inventory Management
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Identify any missing, lost, or damaged products and immediately notify the supervisor.
Stock, organize, and replenish inventory in both warehouse and stockroom locations.
Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
Maintain accurate records in inventory systems and update stock levels as required.
Preparing and presenting reports on metrics, performance, and inventory levels to management.
Material Handling & Equipment Operation
Safely operate certified material-handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks (“paddle jacks”), and other approved equipment.
Move products between warehouse and stockroom locations as needed to support business demands.
Load and unload trucks, deliveries, and outbound shipments.
Workflow Support
Pick and prepare materials for internal departments or customer orders.
Assist with staging, sorting, packing, and organizing materials to support daily operations.
Coordinate with warehouse and stockroom leads/supervisors/managers to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, ABC policies and company guidelines when operating equipment or handling inventory.
Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas in all locations.
Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment issues immediately.
Cross-Location Coordination
Travel between warehouse and stockroom and other estate locations/facilities as scheduled to provide operational support.
Communicate effectively with both teams to ensure inventory accuracy and workflow alignment.
Support special projects, transfers, and stock consolidations between locations.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid Driver's License

Warehouse, retail stockroom, or retail experience required
Ability to understand logistics, inventory management, and warehouse management systems
Familiarity with warehouse management systems, barcode scanners, electric pallet jacks, and forklift operator (or other lifts) certification preferred.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and flexible
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and interact with different stakeholders are required.
Basic computer knowledge required
Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

This position is based in a warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment setting. The environment can be fast-paced, with exposure to moving equipment, shelving, and frequent handling of merchandise. Noise levels are moderate, and temperatures may vary depending on the season and building conditions. Physical Requirements:
Employees must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions such as picking, packing, loading, unloading and scanning.
