What you will do
The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for properly receiving materials and products from our suppliers and distributing within the location in a timely and accurate manner. Provides AR Leads, AR Resources, and Operations with guidance on the development of corrective action plans related to the Business Office and/or AR metrics.
Can drill down into Financial Statements and provide analysis and direction to Operations on revenue and AR related transactions.
Developing root cause analysis and trending on factors driving AR Results.
Managerial

The Warehouse Attendant verifies paperwork from the vendor, unloads the product safely, and catalogs each ingredient in a daily log. They are responsible for keeping product in designated bins at all times. The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for following all safety and company polices.
Job Responsibilities and Functions
Verify paperwork from vendor
Inspect ingredients received and insure quality
Unload product in a safe, efficient manner into the warehouse
Stack pallets neatly and safely
Dump ingredient into proper bin as needed
Relabel micro-bin lids as needed
Operate forklift safely
Communicate and work well with team members
Ability to lift 55lbs pounds
Ability to work in dusty environments
Keep warehouse and micro-bin area tidy, free of debris, and swept regularly
Competencies

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support the day-to-day operations of a small, fast-paced linen distribution facility in Sumter, SC. This individual will work directly under the Facilities Manager and be responsible for assisting with inbound and outbound product flow, inventory organization, and general warehouse maintenance. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is proactive, physically capable, and looking for long-term, stable work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in unloading, organizing, and storing wholesale linen packets.
Operate pallet jacks to move materials and organize the warehouse floor.
Support shipping and receiving functions and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Help track inventory and restock shelving as needed.
Perform general upkeep and assist the Facilities Manager with daily operational needs.
Load and unload delivery trucks using manual pallet jacks.
Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
Experience using pallet jacks or similar equipment is a plus.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are a must.
Skills:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move throughout the day.
