Job Description includes but not limited to: Assist Shipping & Receiving unloading trucks and containers. Order preparation and processing Pick rugs and other materials from heights of up to 25ft. Sort and stock rugs and other materials on racks, shelves or bins according to organizational standards Create Inventory and Put-Away, Inventory Control and Audit Prepare parcels for shipment Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat by using proper housekeeping Wear and correctly use the proper safety equipment including steel toed shoes and a safety harness. Safe operation of heavy Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) to include Joeys and Forklifts as needed. Ensure that orders are filled accurately and efficiently, to ensure customer satisfaction Must be able to cross train in all warehouse departments (as defined above) Ensure that the policies and procedures are followed as defined by the company Perform other tasks and/or duties as requested and assigned. Requirements 18+ years of age Ability to use a scanner and read labels in English, understand numbers and see colors Must be able to work weekends and holidays and be flexible with schedule changes as demands arise. This role ensures safe, accurate, and efficient material handling and inventory control, supervises warehouse staff, executes facility-level MRO purchasing under divisional guidance, and partners closely with production and maintenance to maintain material availability. The ideal candidate is WMS/ERP proficient, safety-focused, and experienced in continuous improvement. Responsibilities include: Purchasing Execute facility-level purchasing of MRO supplies and consumables under divisional guidance. Track order status, deliveries, and vendor communications for local needs. Ensure purchase orders and receipts are entered accurately in WMS/ERP systems. Warehouse Management Supervise receiving, storage, picking, staging, and issuing of materials. Maintain warehouse layout, housekeeping, and compliance with safety standards. Maintain inventory accuracy through WMS use, cycle counts, and periodic audits. Coordinate material flow with production and maintenance to meet operational needs. Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite; Maintenance CMMS, and ERP System (Oracle/JD Edwards preferred). 8. Must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 9. Must have experience in communication with all levels of employees in a manufacturing setting. 10. Must be able to work alone in a self-directed environment. 11.
