The Graphic Designer is responsible for collaboration with key stakeholders (AMI Programs team, Brand teams, Internal review team, etc) to **create and design educational materials** for the Medical Institute curriculum and content library.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who lives and breathes **branding and design** to join a newly formed in-house creative team under AMI. In this role, you will be crafting **clinical educational materials** and developing an exciting design language for the next generation of our AMI offerings across live and virtual training programs, social, websites, and more.
Reporting into the Senior Manager, AMI **Curricula Design & Development,** you will work alongside creatives and curricula experts to bring clinical education to life keeping in mind adult learning principles. You bring your design experience to every project, embracing the potential of what design can do for any idea. As part of the team, you'll be working with other creatives to push how we can better deliver educational content to thousands of healthcare providers eager to learn.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned.):
- Create original graphics, illustrations, infographics, animations, images, and various assets for print and digital
- Strategic multi-tasking; producing great volumes of great work with quality and accuracy
- Advocate for better design, ensuring consistent and cohesive design standard, across channels

This position is Contract to Hire
MUST HAVE:
8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment
Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session
Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO
Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences
EXPERIENCE: 8+ years of UX/UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.
YOUR ROLE
Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality across Launch Potato web properties.
OUTCOMES
Deliver complete, test-ready user experiences-from concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and dev hand-off-backed by A/B test results and user insights
Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration
Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction
Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints
Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization
Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability

TOTAL COMPENSATION
Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato's Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Manages content for internet or intranet sites.
Responsible for migrating content from an existing internal wiki site powered by Media Wiki to a new internal enterprise wiki site.
Scope of this position includes:
1. Reviewing existing wiki site to look for outdated or inaccurate content.
2. Use the Universal Wiki Converter (or similar tool) to export existing pages on Media Wiki site to format that is compatible with the enterprise wiki
3. Work with IT to upload content to new wiki and ensure it is completed successfully
4. Verify new Wiki content following upload and correct any formatting issues that occurred during the migration (i.e. fonts, images, URLs, file attachments)
