Monitoring and ensuring adherence of all campuses to Department of Education regulations and internal standards for educational and behavioral service is maintained within assigned area. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of assessments, interventions, progress, and compliance activities. Providing operational support to all schools in the assigned area, focusing on academic achievement, behavioral support, staff retention, and development. Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) credential. Key Responsibilities: Chairside assisting during dental procedures Set up and break down operatories before and after treatments Take and process dental X-rays Document patient medical and dental histories Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical cleanliness Provide patients with post-treatment instructions Support front office as needed (scheduling, phone calls, patient check-in/out) Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines Requirements: Willing to complete a background check High school diploma or GED (or currently working toward one) Valid driver's license Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Completion of Board Approved Dental Assisting program Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Pay Range $20-$23/hr Benefits Flexible Work Schedule: Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule - no weekends or nights!
