As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will work closely with our customers to develop comprehensive Strategic Accounts Plans that align with their long-term objectives. You will be responsible for monitoring customer health, driving product adoption, onboarding, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating customer loyalty. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with various internal teams, leverage CSM and Gov Tech industry best practices, and significantly impact our customers' success.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute detailed customer health plans that align with strategic goals.
• Conduct regular customer health assessments and proactively address potential issues.
• Lead on-site and virtual business reviews with key stakeholders, including CIO and business development and planning executives
• Maintain regular, proactive communication with customers to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
• Collaborate closely with sales, services, and product teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience and establish a seamless feedback loop.
• Drive product adoption and ensure customers realize the full value of our solutions.
• Advocate for customer needs within the organization, ensuring their feedback informs product and development decisions.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through customer success-qualified leads.
• Implement and share best practices from the Gov Tech industry to optimize customer workflows and processes.
• Manage escalations effectively to ensure timely resolution of challenges.
• Maximize customer success by helping them identify and measure key results and business outcomes.
• Enhance customer experience by clearly defining ownership and managing key Customer Moments of Truth across Accela.
• Analyze and effectively communicate data stories that drive success for Accela and the customer through various reporting platforms.
• Help reduce churn through value attainment.
• Understands account segmentation models and delivers results to an extensive portfolio of businesses.
• 10-20% of travel will be required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS customer success, account management, or a related field.
• Data Analytics expert with strong Excel knowledge and a data analysis mindset.
• Technical skills in understanding workflows, scripting, troubleshooting, and learning complex product configurations.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing Gainsight daily for account health, planning, and health insights.
• Proven ability to develop and execute customer success strategies and plans.
• Strong data analysis skills to monitor and interpret customer health and engagement metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with customer success tools, methodologies, and technologies.

COMPENSATION AND WELL-BEING
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $100,000 (less applicable taxes). The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience. In addition to an annual base salary, this position is eligible for an annual commissions target.

We are currently seeking engaged, energetic and highly-motivated Account Executives (AE's) to join our Strategic Accounts team. The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for retaining and further developing existing and prospective customer relationships through maintaining and selling Vertafore products and services into designated Vertafore strategic accounts.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:

Expand Vertafore footprint by selling Vertafore products and services into a named list of accounts and prospects.
Retain existing revenue through building and maintaining high level relationships to improve customer satisfaction.
Develop and Execute Vertafore sales strategy with solid understanding of the marketplace, customer strategic direction, Vertafore products and the solution selling process.
Present complex, solution-selling techniques at the C-Suite level
Develop strong relationships with key senior decision makers and influencers within customers and prospects.
Effectively communicate and solve customer escalations.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure a high level of success and a seamless customer experience.
Regularly perform against individual monthly and/or quarterly activity targets tied to revenue expansion and retention.

Ensure value-selling methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proven track record of achieving goals and quotas.
Maintain a deep understanding of the Vertafore product portfolio, with a focus on solutions provided by Vertafore and similar platforms.
Ability to make recommendations to customers that align business needs to technology and services.
Ability to stay informed on industry trends, market changes and competitor activities.
Demonstrated ability to follow sound business ethics when executing job responsibilities to build and maintain customer confidence.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong, meaningful client relationships.
Understanding of Salesforce.com and other key sales technologies used for Business Development, Opportunity creation and activity tracking.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
6-8 years of related software sales and account management experience, preferably with 2-3 of those years of experience supporting strategic accounts.
Experience within a multi-dimensional operating environment is essential (i.e., not a mono-line, single market environment).
Proven success in professional sales within the InsurTech or Financial Services industry. Insurance experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Accela is seeking a proactive and business-minded Legal Director to support our growing sales and services teams. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this role will serve as a key legal advisor on commercial transactions and revenue-generating activities. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in negotiating complex SaaS and services agreements, particularly in the public sector, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong business acumen, excellent judgment, and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Services, Finance, and Operations to support deal flow and help scale legal processes as the company grows.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, professional services, and maintenance agreements.
Partner with Sales and Services teams to drive deals to closure efficiently while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic legal guidance on RFPs, government procurement processes, and contract structures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school.
Active membership in a state bar, with eligibility for California Registered In-House Counsel if not CA-barred.
6+ years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in-house at a technology or SaaS company.
Strong experience negotiating commercial contracts, particularly with government entities.
Solid understanding of SaaS business models and software licensing.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and their impact on contract terms.

We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to navigate our systems and tools to help track, monitor, and reconcile billing disputes timely with the goal of collecting all outstanding invoices. The Accounts Receivable Analyst position serves as a tier 1 Customer escalation point and is responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with Strategic customers to effectively address and resolve the most complex customer invoice issues and inquiries. Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize cryptocurrency portfolios, employing quantitative strategies to achieve consistent returns.
Develop, backtest, and implement trading strategies in the cryptocurrency markets, balancing risk and reward.
Conduct deep analysis of crypto assets and market trends to make data-driven investment decisions.
Collaborate with quant researchers, data scientists, and tech teams to refine strategies and improve portfolio performance.
Monitor and manage risks associated with trading strategies to ensure alignment with firm objectives.
Communicate portfolio performance and risk analysis to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
Qualifications:
Exceptional educational background from a top-tier global institution (e.g., Ivy League, Oxbridge, top schools in Asia/Europe).
Solid track record of consistent returns on CEX and/or DEX
Previous experience at a proprietary trading firm, or hedge fund is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in quantitative research, risk management, and statistical analysis.
Strong programming and automation skills (Python, C++, Rust, Golang, etc.) to implement, refine and execute strategies
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, including DeFi, tokenomics, and blockchain technology.
