Favorable benefits
Last two years Yates Ins is no longer what it use to be. Use to enjoy a stellar reputation but this has dramatically changed. Dept Managers and middle management has ruined this agency.
The Yates are a class act but their philosophy for which this agency was known for has slowly diminished.
CEO has earned a stellar reputation- sadly the management team under him no longer values the knowledgeable staff it use to have. The new philosophy is to hire young and new - employees with tenure are considered the negatives of the agency.
Get rid of the various consultants now employed by the agency.
Does not apply.
Compensation is comparable to industry average.
Diversity is not an issue.
Unfortunately Yates has become so toxic - resigning was my only option.
