MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Music, Piano Performance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Piano Performance, Collaborative Piano, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven experience as a collaborative pianist or accompanist in a university or professional music setting. Experience working with students, particularly in a classical or worship music context, is highly preferred. Skills: Strong proficiency in piano performance, with a demonstrated ability to accompany across various styles and genres. Excellent sight-reading ability and experience in working with vocalists and instrumentalists. Ability to learn and adapt to diverse repertoires quickly and accurately. Familiarity with both classical and contemporary Christian music, including worship music, is a plus. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to work.
