Does Accenture hire felons?
No, Accenture will not hire felons, but the company may hire an employee with misdemeanor convictions. Having a criminal record is not an automatic exclusion of employment. The HR representative will conduct a background check that will check for both federal and state crimes.
Because Accenture is a consulting firm that does work on behalf of many other companies, it is unlikely that it will be willing to hire someone with prior convictions.
After the background check is completed, Accenture will review all convictions (both misdemeanors and felonies) and take into account the nature and circumstances of the conviction. If the company concludes that the circumstances are directly related to a job function, the applicant will likely be removed from the job pool.
