Does Deloitte hire felons?
Yes, Deloitte hires felons. Having a criminal record may not be an automatic exclusion of employment, particularly if your charges were for something on the smaller side or a long time ago.
Keep in mind that Deloitte will perform a background check prior to an offer of employment. This background check will look for misdemeanor and felony convictions at both the state and federal levels.
