No, Express does not drug test. From our research, most current and former employees report that they were not asked to take a drug test as part of the pre-employment process. If there is an injury or accident on the job, an employee may be asked to submit to a drug test, usually a standard urine test.

Express's code of conduct does state its drug-free workplace policy. No employee is permitted to come to work under the influence of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or any other substance that could compromise safety or performance.
