Does Guess drug test?
Yes, Guess does drug test. Guess has nothing explicitly mentioned in its Code of Conduct regarding its policy on drug use. Based on our research, however, we have found some reports of Guess requiring a pre-employment drug test.
Guess's pre-employment urine test is a five-panel drug test that includes cannabis, opiates, PCP, cocaine, and amphetamines. When used, expect to submit a urine sample at an approved third-party lab within 48 hours of being offered the position.
Guess does not ask all prospective employees to submit a drug test. It largely depends on the position and store location. If you're applying for a sales associate position, for example, it's unlikely Guess will ask you to take a drug test. On the other hand, if you're applying for a manager or assistant manager position, then you will most likely be asked to take a drug test.
Guess does test for cannabis. If you live in a state where it is legal or if you have a medical cannabis card then talk to the hiring manager. They may ask you to wait a month to test.
Store employees are not permitted to use tobacco or vaping products within 50 feet of the store. Smoking is only allowed during designated breaks.
