No, Lane Bryant does not drug test its employees. Lane Bryant does not drug test its employees as a condition of hiring. However, this does not mean an employee will never be drug tested.
Lane Bryant has a drug and alcohol-free workplace policy that gives the company the right to drug test employees at random or if they are involved in a work accident or other incident that gives the company reasonable cause to believe that drug use was involved.
If Lane Bryant does drug test employees, it uses a 5-panel urine test, which tests for all commonly abused substances, including THC, opiates, PCP, cocaine, and amphetamines. If a drug test returns positive, it is considered grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
