Yes, Wegman's drug tests, but not for every position and location. The drug testing also varies by location, as there are some places that require both follicle and physical, while other locations simply require a 7-panel drug test.

At Wegman's, Any full-time employees are subject to a 7-panel drug test before beginning employment. For part-time employees, you are not required to take a drug test before employment. Positions in the warehouse also do not require drug testing before you can begin working.

If Wegman's management suspects that there may be a drug issue, they may choose to have an employee perform a random drug test. During hiring processes, employees did state that they comply with random drug tests, so this may or may not happen to an employee, depending on the situation.
