How does DocuSign make money?

By Justin Parker - Feb. 20, 2023

DocuSign makes money by offering subscriptions to its services. The company has several different subscription plans, generating most of its revenue from them. DocuSign offers four different subscription plans:

  • Personal

  • Standard

  • Business Pro

  • Advanced Solutions

These subscription plans can be paid on a monthly or annual basis. Users that pay on an annual basis have slightly cheaper subscription plans. DocuSign's Personal Plan costs $120 per year and a little more in the monthly plan form. Business Pro costs $480 per year and is somewhat more expensive in the monthly plan form.

DocuSign offers a variety of different features with each subscription model, some of these include the following:

  • Multiple language options

  • Dropbox features and integrations

  • Other integrated applications

  • The ability to do bulk sends

  • The ability to collect payments
