How old do you have to be to work at Accenture?
You have to be 18 years old to work at Accenture and all employees must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
While 18 years old is the minimum age requirement, many of the positions within Accenture require a Bachelor's degree or higher and some form of experience. This does not mean that you will not be able to work at Accenture if you do not have your degree yet.
Accenture has programs and entry-level positions designed specifically for student interns. In these roles, you can work while expanding your skills and knowledge in the industry. These skills can then be used to transition into permanent roles within Accenture.
