For students, Nixon Peabody has a summer associate program. Every fall, they look to select a small group of highly qualified students to participate in the program. The idea is to give summer associates an experience as close as possible to that of a new associate.

The summer associate program is eight weeks in length and is designed to provide a diverse range of work assignments and introduce as many practice areas as possible. In addition to exploring the practice of law, summer associates are encouraged to get to know Nixon Peabody attorneys and the cities in which they work.

Summer associates are given opportunities for socializing, cultural events, and attorney-hosted parties. This gives associates a glimpse of what being part of the Nixon Peabody team is really like.
