How old do you have to be to work at Red Lobster?
You have to be 16 years old to work for Red Lobster as a busser or hostess. All other positions require that you be at least 18 years old. Most corporate positions require a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
For entry-level positions, Red Lobster is looking for people who want to enhance a career in hospitality. To that end, these positions are responsible for helping the restaurant run smoothly for both the front of the house and the guests.

You must be willing to help at the busiest of times. This includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
