How old do you have to be to work at Teleperformance?
You have to be 18 years old to work for Teleperformance. Teleperformance has its Teleperformance Launch Pad Global Internship Program available to students who are looking for a platform for their ideas to shine.
The program consists of two paid cycles in which students take a journey that allows them to understand the core business of Teleperformance, to empathize with the challenges on the front end, and create plans of improvement that focus on process efficiency.
The first cycle is the Level 1 - Beginner Cycle. In this cycle you will:
Experience front-line work
Learn the fundamentals of Business Analysis
Understand Business Modeling Tools Techniques
Discover the Fundamentals of Project Management
Hone your learned skills with an Improvement Project
The second cycle is the Level 2 - Specialty Cycle. In this cycle you will receive your:
Qualification
Selection
Assignment
Curriculum
Job offer
The level 1 position is a 2-month position that takes place over the summer months. The level 2 position is a 6-month position that will take place during the last year or semester of college.
