2. Quality Assurance Tester

   Quality assurance testers work with teams to design tests and procedures. They also perform and analyze the tests and create reports.

   Typically they conduct software testing, assist in resolving issues, and ensure standards are being followed. Quality assurance testers often work with developers to create better software processes.

3. Quality Assurance Manager

   Quality assurance managers oversee all of the activity in the quality assurance department. They lead the staff, their work, and system quality.

   They are responsible for resolving performance issues, encouraging corrections, and managing all reports about each quality assurance step. They must also keep an up-to-date quality management certification.
