What happens if an employee does not pass PIP?

If an employee does not pass a PIP then it can either be extended for another 30-day period if the management period has not ended, or reassignment or removal of employee. It's important to comply and pass a PIP to help ensure that you keep your job. Failure to do so can result in termination of employment.
