The primary responsibilities of a lead production technician include:
Prepare and assemble materials
Test products or subassemblies for functionality or quality

Analyze and identify trends and resolve root causes for products and processes that represent excessive waste, scrap, labor, re-work, or customer returns
Complete daily reports and production logs
Work as a leader and a member of a team
