What is GIT?

Git is a code-management software known for its flexibility, whose primary purpose is to track changes inside of various types of files and is a tool often necessary in the work of programmers, especially those working on larger and more complex projects, and those working in teams of people. Some programming professionals use it to not only track code lines and code changes but also to review those lines and to search for mistakes or missteps.
