What is the dress code at ADT?

• Polo or other collared shirts

• Sweaters

• Business dress pants (khakis, twill)

• Knee-length skirts or dresses

• Cardigans

• Blazers

• Closed-toed shoes

• Dress sandals

Jeans may be allowed in some settings, but this will be dependent on the position and location. Jeans should be dressy and not ripped, torn, or disheveled.

For remote positions, the dress code is much more lax, however, you should still maintain a professional appearance, especially for on camera activities (meetings, interviews, etc). Be sure to be well groomed (no bedhead!) and dressed in appropriate clothing.

For field positions the dress code is:

• Blue company shirt

• Black or dark colored pants

• Dark colored non-slip shoes

• Tattoos are acceptable if they are not graphic or offensive otherwise they will need to be covered while on duty
