The dress code at Lockheed Martin is business casual. According to its employee code of conduct handbook:

Business casual for men would be Khaki pants (navy, tan, or black) with a casual button-down style ironed shirt. Shirts can be short-sleeved or long. A nice, not-over-the-top tie and comfortable, casual dress shoes are appropriate. First impressions are important so be sure everything is nicely pressed at least for the first few days.

For women, it's a similar ensemble but you could also wear a black or blue skirt and a nice blouse. It would also be completely acceptable to wear a simple dress or slacks. Wear flats or low-heeled shoes.
