The dress code at Recreational Equipment is casual for store locations and business-casual for management and corporate positions. All retail employees will receive a green vest and name badge to wear at all times when they are working.

Retail employees at Recreational Equipment are allowed to dress casually and wear any type of closed-toe shoe. This includes T-shirts, shorts, jeans, and even yoga pants. You can basically wear what you want as long as there are no biased or offensive logos.
