What is the hiring process at Aflac?

Phone Screening:

During the phone screening, a recruiter will ask whether you are licensed and, if not, help to get you enrolled in a licensing course. The recruiter will provide you with information on how and when to complete your training, which can be done online or in a classroom environment.

Interview Sessions:

There are typically two interviews, one of which may be a group Zoom meeting-style interview. The first may include a group of candidates who are interviewed together to weed out candidates. Common questions are based on getting to know you, your drive/motivation for success, presentation/professionalism, ability to be coached, and leadership potential.
