What is the hiring process at Aflac?

The hiring process at Aflac is multifaceted and includes an online application, phone screening, and interview(s). The entire hiring process takes anywhere from a month after taking the state insurance test and training. If you are already licensed to sell insurance or not, Licensing varies a little per state but typically takes two to three weeks.

Application Process:
