What is the hiring process at Black & Company?

Anticipate one to two phone interviews before being asked to come on-site for another one to three interviews. The interviews include a range of questions about specific skills, behavioral and personal questions, as well as questions to assess your fit with the company culture.

The first phone screening is usually with HR and lasts ten to 15 minutes. The second phone interview is with the hiring manager and is more in-depth, lasting around 30 minutes.
