What is the hiring process at Brand I.D.?

Once you submit your application, allow a few weeks for someone at Brand ID to get back to you. They may reach out by phone for a brief phone screening and to schedule your first interview. The first interview is one-on-one with the hiring manager and can last up to one hour.

If the first interview goes well, you may be asked to do 2 to 4 more interviews. These interviews include a mixture of one-on-one and group panels with various department heads, potential teammates, and possibly the owner of the company.

Tips to improve your chances of being hired:

• Have a portfolio ready with multiple pieces that demonstrate excellence in the above competencies. It needs to show your design process and how you adapted it for various clients, in various project lengths, on teams of various sizes, etc.

• Do your research on the company and come into the interview with thoughtful questions related to their culture and mission
