What is the hiring process at China Education International?

If you pass the phone screening, depending on the position that you applied for, you may receive a few assessments to complete. These will test specific knowledge for the role or will be personality assessments. As long as a candidate successfully passes these, they are invited for an in-person interview.

The in-person interview portion of the hiring process is typically one to two interviews, but for certain positions, a candidate may go through three rounds of interviews. These interviews ask questions that assess your knowledge of the position, cultural awareness, and other personality-based questions.

Once the interview stage is completed, depending on the location of the position and other position-specific information, a candidate will receive a conditional job offer. They will then have to go through a background check and possible visa application if the position is not based in their home country.
