What is the hiring process at Earnest Research?

If they find you an appealing candidate, you are contacted by an Earnest Research representative to set up your first interview. Most interviews at the company are in online video format.

Your first interview contains questions about your background, experience, and some information about the role you are seeking at Earnest Research.

The second interview is with a person or group of team members from the department you are applying to. This interview probes more into your experience and the skills that you can bring to the role.

Your final interview is with a senior manager from the department. This interview follows up on information from the first two. It also contains scenario-based questions related to the position.

Certain roles may have tests and case studies to complete. For instance, you may be given a raw dataset as a case study and be asked what you would do with it.
