The hiring process at e&Co is a bit different from other companies. They typically only hire people as consultants at first, then bring them in full-time if things work out. They also decide on which job is best for you based on your qualifications rather than you applying to a specific position in the company.

The entire hiring process to be onboarded as a consultant can take anywhere from one to two months.

To apply, simply send your detailed application documents in PDF format to karriere@eandco.com. This includes a resume and cover letter. In lieu of a cover letter, you can also submit a 30-second video.

We recommend submitting a video to improve your chances. The video can be no longer than 30 seconds, and in it, you should introduce yourself in a creative and surprising way.

In the video, talk about what motivates you and why you want to become an entrepreneur consultant. Provide a quick snapshot of your experience and qualifications and your personality and passions.

During the application process, eCo thoroughly reviews your application and qualifications to determine the appropriate entry-level position based on your qualifications. Keep in mind that previous qualifications and experience are just as important as eCo as your personality.

Allow a few weeks for the HR team at eCo to review your application. The first step is a video interview prior to being asked to interview on-site. If you make it past the first rounds and are invited on-site, prepare for an all-day interview with multiple department heads and potential teammates.
