What is the hiring process at IMG Academy?

IMG Academy's Application Process:

To learn more about available positions and to review job descriptions go to IMG Academy's career website. For each job description, there is an apply button located at the top of the page. The application process is quick and easy and does not require a candidate to create an account.

There's an option to either upload your resume and autofill your information or to manually fill out your information. If you manually complete your resume, then you are asked to enter your education, work experience, and relevant skills. There is also an option to upload your resume and cover letter, as well as link any relevant social media accounts.

IMG Academy's Phone Screening:

Candidates can have up to 3 phone interviews. The first phone interview is typically with someone from HR and tends to be a very casual introduction into the company and position. Following that, there may be a phone panel of several people who ask job-specific and personality based questions.

IMG Academy's Interview Sessions:

The interview can total up to 8 hours broken down into a series of separate interviews. Interviews may include one-on-ones, presentations, and group panels. Anticipate having department heads, potential team mates, HR, and the hiring manager.
