What is the hiring process at Lufthansa?

To submit an application, you first need to create an account with a username and password. One advantage to doing this is that you are able to check the status of your online application at any point during the hiring process.

Offsite screening

The next step for successful applicants is to schedule a phone interview. During this interview, you learn more about the position and working with their team. If they feel you're a good match for the team, you are then invited to a video interview.

This is an opportunity for you to learn about our working environment, the company culture, and most importantly, more about the job itself. In some cases, you may be asked to do a video interview that entails a program that records you as it prompts interview questions for you to answer.

Typically you get one minute to prepare after reading the question and up to two minutes to respond. All responses are recorded, and applicants only get one opportunity to answer the question.

Assessment Test:

As part of the assessment test, Lufthansa asks you to complete a series of job-specific assessment tests to assess your ability to effectively do your job if hired.

Interview:

The onsite interview typically involves anywhere between one to three interviews, depending on the position. Anticipate questions related to your experience, leadership abilities, and time spent abroad.
