What is the hiring process at Open?

Applicants that Open is interested in will be contacted within a few weeks. You may be asked to participate in a brief phone screening before you'll be scheduled for an in-person interview. A recruiter from Open may ask you a few questions related to your experience and interest in working at Open.

Open hires for a variety of positions, ranging from teachers and ambassadors to marketing and website and app management roles. If you're applying for an ambassador position, the application includes additional questions related to your social media presence, such as:

• Do you have more than 5k followers on Instagram or Tiktok?

• How many Instagram followers do you have?

• What is your usual top and bottom size?

There are usually two or three interviews, each lasting one hour. Anticipate meeting with the hiring manager, HR representative, and potential teammates. If you're applying for a technical position, anticipate an assessment test or a technical interview related to the skills needed for the position.
