What is the hiring process at Protiviti?

Your first interview with the company is with their Human Resources department. This covers your general experience in consulting and may also contain behavioral questions.

Next, you are passed on to a Hiring Manager. This interview follows up on information learned from the previous and contains more in-depth questions that pertain to the role you are seeking with Protiviti.

Your final set of interviews is in a panel format. A group of project managers takes turns asking you questions about your experience, skills, and what you can bring to the company.

This stage also contains a case interview, where you are presented with a challenging business scenario that you must investigate and propose a solution to. You are given some access to the necessary materials to prepare for this interview.

If you pass this phase, you enter the salary negotiation period before being hired by Protiviti.
