What is the hiring process at SCI Technology Inc?

To apply online, you must first have an account with a username and password. One advantage to having an account is that it allows you the ability to check the status of your application at any time during the hiring process.

You have two options when applying online, one is to upload your resume, and the other is to enter that information into the application manually. You are also required to upload a cover letter or copy and paste it into the online application. Overall, the application takes around five minutes to complete.

SCI Technology's Phone Screening:

The phone screening is arguably the easiest part of the hiring process. The phone call, usually done with an HR recruiter or the hiring manager, is around five to ten minutes long and is largely just an introduction to the company and a review of the job at hand.

SCI Technology's Interview Sessions:

Depending on the position, it may require up to three one-on-one interviews with the department head, local management, and sometimes corporate management and HR.

In some cases, you may be asked to do a few rounds of technical interviews that may include working with simulation or working out mock scenarios that you may experience in your day-to-day job if hired.
