What is the hiring process at Slalom Consulting?

Next, you are passed on to a hiring manager. This interview follows up on information learned from the previous interview and contains more in-depth questions that pertain to the role you are seeking with Slalom Consulting.

Your final set of interviews is in a panel format. A group of project managers take turns asking you questions about your experience, skills, and what you can bring to the company.

This stage also contains a case interview, where you are presented with a challenging business scenario that you must investigate and propose a solution to. You are given some access to the necessary materials to prepare for this interview.

If you pass this phase, you enter the salary negotiation period before being hired by Slalom Consulting.
