This question is about Xendit and Xendit jobs.
The hiring process at Xendit varies by position and usually takes several weeks due to the background checks that are required.
There are three basic steps to the hiring process at Xendit:
Application: Prospective employees are encouraged to explore the Xendit careers webpage for information on Xendit's business, culture, and available jobs.
Once an opportunity of interest has been identified, prospects are encouraged to apply via the Xendit career page. You will be prompted to fill out an online application form at the bottom of the job posting. Your application must include a resume, and a cover letter is optional but recommended.
Pre-screening text messages or assessments may be sent to you, or you will be contacted by a member of the internal recruitment team regarding next steps.
Please note that full COVID-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment depending on the role and location. If you have concerns, please discuss this with a member of the internal recruitment team.
Interview: If your skills seem to be a match for the role, you will be contacted to set up a phone interview to discuss the role in greater detail and ask any questions you have regarding the role and/or the company. If the recruitment team feels that you are a good fit, you will move on to the in-person interviews.
There are typically multiple rounds of in-person interviews with the hiring manager and at least one team member who is currently working in the role you have applied for or is at a similar level. These tend to involve a lot of scenario-based questions to gauge your personality and experience in past roles.
Typical interview questions include:
Tell me something unique about yourself.
What did you do in your previous role and why are you looking to leave?
Where do you see yourself in the next two to three years?
How do you handle challenging situations?
What is something your boss would say about you?
Offer and Onboarding: If you are selected for the role, a member of the internal recruitment team will contact you to review the offer letter details, benefits, and more information on your new career at Xendit.
Once you have accepted an offer, you will be asked to complete forms and start the pre-onboarding process. You will also be required to submit for a background check. The internal recruitment team member will provide you with more detailed information on how to complete these steps.
Use the interview to showcase your past experiences and demonstrate that you have the skills to succeed at Xendit.
Prior to your interview, research current employees in the company using tools like LinkedIn. Try to get a feel for the culture and the day-to-day tasks of the employees who are actually doing the work you are looking for.
Feel free to reach out to current employees to find out more information about the role and the company itself. This shows initiative and tells the company that you are truly doing your best to research them and determine if this is the right fit for you.
