What qualifications do I need to be a care coordinator?

• Bachelor's degree in business or health, such as health administration, public health administration, business administration, nursing, or health management

• Optional certifications such as Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) or Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM)

• 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare, mental health, and domiciliary care is preferred.
