This position will continue to evolve as we add new products, new legal entities, reconciliation enhancements, and implement technical advancements and process improvements. This position will allow you to work with other cross-functional teams and will expose you to different facets of the payment industry. Responsibilities: · Support the safeguarding program by identifying and resolving data and processing issues. Log defects, coordinate accurate data fixes, verify implementation and document RCA (Root Cause Analysis). · Develop comprehensive testing scenarios. Execute, review, and validate the results. Maintain evidence of test results and document audit trail. · Update the Business Requirements Document (BRD). · Collaborate with product management to ensure safeguarding project milestones and major deliverables are on schedule. Identify potential risks and recommend achievable solutions.
