Key Responsibilities

Support project risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.
Monitor and track the status of project permits, highlighting any risks to schedule.
Manage oversight of Owner‐Furnished Equipment deliveries and notify the ProjectManager of discrepancies between vendor and contractor delivery schedules.
Cross‐Functional Collaboration & Field Support
Work closely with contractors, vendors, and field engineers to resolve technical and logistical issues.
Escalate concerns to the ProjectManager when necessary.
Track and report on startup and commissioning progress, including all contract‐required training.
Change Management
* Partner with the Change Management Lead to identify, assess, and implement project changes, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with contractual requirements.
Minimum Qualifications

EXPECTED WORK HOURS

As a Construction ProjectManager at Cupertino Electric, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of construction projects and the successful management of a high-performing team. + Manage and lead projects and project teams successfully from qualification, through estimate, pre-construction, mobilization, execution, and closeout. Ensure all project and contractual agreements are met and performed safely and professionally within established budgets and timeframes.
+ Establish project execution plan and provide scheduling and coordination for each project. Collaborate with Superintendent and field team to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
+ Identify project risks and potential issues. Develop and execute recovery action plans.

This role is based out of our El Paso, TX office. The successful candidate will work full-time on the project site located in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. Plans, manages, and oversees construction of new power generation facility as a part of Owner's projectmanagement team. Monitors and manages construction contractor/s activities and progress on large, complex project. Conducts project analyses and reporting on contractor work progress and schedule in collaboration with project scheduler including notifications of deviations from baseline schedule.

Provides input and insight into risk identification and mitigation.
Monitors and tracks status of permits.
Monitors and tracks status of Owner Furnished equipment. Notifies Owner's ProjectManager of any discrepancies between vendor delivery dates and contractor proposed equipment delivery dates.
Collaborate with Contractor/s, Vendors, and Field Engineers to identify and resolve issues, escalating to the ProjectManager when appropriate.
Monitor, track, and report on the status of startup and commissioning including all training required by contract documents.

Bachelor's degree. 6 years of relevant experience. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
