Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity. Responding to discovery requests and drafting discovery-related motions. Regularly attending court appearances to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
