    About the Role
    ARC is seeking a Technology Analyst (TA) with strong IT help desk support experience to provide onsite and remote technical support. This position will support ARC’s Help Desk and be required to work a set schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET. There may also be an infrequent requirement to work on Saturday or outside set/core hours.
    The Help Desk TA provides Tier 1 user support, performs troubleshooting, is responsible for the proper routing of calls and tickets, assists with the setup of office technology and mobile phones, deploys software, and assists with the tracking of asset inventories. The candidate should demonstrate strong technical knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint), Outlook for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, internet browsers (e.g., Firefox, Edge, Chrome), HP laptops, Microsoft Surface tablets, and Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.
