I am passionate about building effective marketing and sales teams, reimaging business models and new products, creating and elevating brands with purpose, and inspiring cultures that are inclusive and empowering. I currently serve on the executive team at AACSB International leading advocacy, awareness, and marketing efforts, including the development of communication platforms for sharing diverse perspectives and thought leadership that connects business schools, life-long learners, and employers to inspire and develop the next generation of global leaders.

Jennifer McIntosh, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP is a Vice President and Chief Talent Officer at AACSB International and is based in 777 S Harbour Island Blvd, Tampa, Florida. She has worked as Director of Staff Development/Risk Management/Quality Improvement at Suncoast Behavioral Health Center, Director of Admissions/Business Development/Risk Management at Suncoast Behavioral Health Center, and Director of Human Resources at Tampa Bay Academy. Juliane Iannarelli is a Chief Knowledge Officer at AACSB International and is based in Florida. She has worked as Associate/Manager, Accreditation at AACSB International; Manager/Director, Research at AACSB International; and Vice President, Knowledge Development at AACSB International. Juliane studied at Warrington College of Business and Emlyon Business School.

My career started with engineering roles at Boeing and Virginia Tech, and I’ve progressed through IT management positions to CIO, directing IT strategy, application development affecting users worldwide, and negotiation of multi millions in vendor services.

As the CIO at Pilot Thomas Logistics, I created a culture of business partnership, implementing systems for business process automation and reducing DSO.

At Autocar, I had complete responsibly for our IT organization, overseeing all corporate IT systems.

At Allison Transmission, I enjoyed building effective IT systems, cutting costs, and won the CIO Outstanding Achievement award multiple times for my work in business efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
