Responsibilities:
Be responsible for providing vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Answer telephone and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Communicate effectively with customers and vendors via phone, in-person or email.

Check quantity and condition of goods received against invoices and purchase orders.
Check number and unit cost as well as total billing for charges against proper records.
Specify parts accurately.
Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns as necessary.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail/wholesale automotive parts industry helpful
Highly self-motivated

What You'll Do:

Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts.
Pull purchased parts from stock.
Answer phone calls - providing price quotes and other information.
Place orders for parts not in stock.
Assist outside sales representatives with their orders.
Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery or pick-up.
Verify "will call" and "back-order" files weekly and return to vendors, or stock those items not required.
Solicit assigned accounts by phone.

Position Summary:
As an Outlet Clerk, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the operational efficiency of our store. We are seeking a dedicated Parts Delivery Driver to deliver and pick up Medium and Heavy Duty Truck parts and equipment. This role is vital to our dealership, ensuring timely service to customers, satellite stores, and wholesale accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Pull and pack part orders for customers on the delivery route.
Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and reports any discrepancies indicating truck condition to supervisor.
Drives truck to destination.
Maneuvers pickup with medium duty trucks in and around tight corners, through manufacturing areas and around high pedestrian traffic.
Operation propane powered forklift. Performs related duties as assigned by supervisions
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Ability to sit for long periods, bend, climb, crouch to load and unload trucks.
Ability to lift and carry more than 75 pounds.
