Andrew Price is an innovative financial and technology executive responsible for IgniteTech’s global financial operations including accounting, tax, treasury, financial planning, and M&A. As Chief Financial Officer, Andrew is a critical member of the executive team charged with executing IgniteTech’s strategy of profitable and sustained growth.

Andy began his career at Trilogy, the founding company which transformed into ESW Capital and its family of companies including IgniteTech. Beginning his career in a number of technical positions including software development, technical delivery, and product management, Andy combined his business acumen and technical experience to lead the companies as a Finance executive.

Andy earned a BSEE and a B.A. in computer science from Rice University.

Brad Weinert is the Chief Operating Officer for IgniteTech, working to drive operational excellence across the business. He leads various operations teams to support their key initiatives to drive the execution required for success. Prior to IgniteTech, Brad held Chief Operating Officer roles at Avolin, ZephyrTel, Emergynt, AwarePoint and Novatel Wireless.

He has spent most of his three-decade career in senior leadership roles in operations, product management, technical sales and software engineering and is passionate about transformation, change management and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Brad is an avid outdoors enthusiast and is a published wildlife photographer who also enjoys hiking and deep-sea fishing.

Born and raised in Cape Town, Jeremy has more than 20 years of successful executive leadership experience in the enterprise software space and joined IgniteTech in 2018 as Senior Vice President of Sales. In this role, he is responsible for the global SAAS renewals businesses across all portfolios.

Between 2001 and 2017 he held senior leadership positions with software multinationals Dimension Data, IBM, and Thunderhead. During this time, he has consistently built and led high-performance teams across the Middle East, African and Asia Pacific markets. In 2014, he relocated to Australia where, as Vice President: AsiaPacific for Thunderhead, he oversaw record-breaking profitability and growth in the region leading up to the sale of the company in 2017. In 2013, he successfully completed post-graduate studies at London Business School.

Jeremy brings world-class negotiation, communication and leadership skills to the table and has an extensive C-level network across the globe. He is fluent in 4 languages (English, French, Dutch and Afrikaans) and travels extensively.

Married with 2 daughters, he divides his time between Cape Town and Europe and devotes his spare time to reading, the guitar, tennis, golf and his four dogs.
